Our customer is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Office & Customer Support Specialist. This position offers a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, handling multiple responsibilities, and supporting daily business operations.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries with professionalism.
Take detailed information from customers and provide accurate follow-up.
Work closely with vendors to exchange information and maintain strong relationships.
Provide information to customers and vendors as needed.
Perform data entry, typing, and general computer-based work.
Update and edit company website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Requirements: 
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Good typing and data entry accuracy.
Proficient with computers and basic office software.
Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to multi-task and handle responsibilities efficiently.
