Job Summary:
Our customer is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruiting qualified candidates, benefit administration, and back up in billing, payroll.
- Recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback
- Perform employee orientation programs
- Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Assist in executive recruiting efforts
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify their needs
- Lead generation for potential candidates
- Support technical recruiting activities
- Go over HR policies and procedures with employees
- Back up to accounting department - Billing, Payroll (200+ employees), unemployment and worker's compensation processes.

Requirements: 
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Staffing.
- Familiarity with HR software
- Strong understanding of human resources practices and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
- Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and talent management techniques
- Professional communication and demeanor regularly
- Must be detail-oriented, a good multi-tasker, must always meet deadlines on projects without being reminded, and understand a sense of urgency
_ Work well with co-workers and management as a team
- Capable of staying on task and strive to meet goals set
